Residential Development - Hassocks Golf Course
We are working on the promotion of numerous housing sites through the planning system including the conversion of an 18 hole golf course into a 9 hole golf course to provide around 200 residential properties, a new club house, a driving range and facilities for the community. The site occupies a very sensitive location on the edge of the South Downs National Park within an area heavily constrained by planning designations which seek to prevent development in the area. Sightline Landscapes is responsible for the evolution of the masterplan, which is landscape led. The landscape and visual assessment is crucial to demonstrate that the scheme will benefit the local area.
